The scope of work for this 1.6 acre site involved removal of existing multi-level commercial building and parking lot, including abandonment of existing utilities. The associated site work included a building pad, utilities, new approaches, asphalt paving and an addition of one turning lane in the v-dot right of way.
The building is of masonry and steel structure with a masonry veneer, EIFS accents, and modern aluminum sun shades. The interior is a metal framing and drywall system with all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Finishes include paint, FRP, acoustical ceiling, polished concrete floors, and ceramic tile.
